Wavelengths and LED positions are easy to list. Safety testing, optical irradiance, the dose delivered over the recommended session and fit across different faces are more informative.
3. Does it suit your routine?
Consider weight, whether the mask is flexible or structured, how the controller works, charging and eye openings. People may prefer a simple 10-minute routine or a more 5, 10 or 15-minute timer.
4. How does it fit into your day?
Compare session length, charging, controls and comfort. Choose a format you can make time for and follow the supplied instructions.
5. How will you return it?
Look for a reachable Australian seller, a real returns process, delivery estimates and consumer guarantee information. Those are decisive when buying expensive electronics online.
