Can I return a mask I have opened or tried?
Yes. Contact support within 30 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee, including for an opened or used mask. Return the mask and its supplied components. For a full DUO refund, return both masks and their supplied components. Once we receive and check the return, we will arrange the eligible refund to your original payment method. Payment-provider processing times apply. For change of mind, you pay return postage. Faulty-product claims are handled separately under Australian Consumer Law, including reasonable return costs where applicable. Email hello@skinsociete.com.au to arrange your return.
What if my mask is defective?
Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply. An eligible consumer may have rights to repair, replacement or refund depending on the problem, regardless of any change-of-mind policy or manufacturer warranty.
Is an international delivery option available?
We currently ship within Australia. International delivery is not offered at checkout.
