Products and pricing
NOIR is A$599, SOFT A$429 and the DUO A$999. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and Australian standard shipping. The DUO saves A$29 compared with purchasing both masks separately. Product specifications and included items are shown on the relevant product pages.
Delivery
Dispatch is within 3–5 working days after payment. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the delivery address. Delivery is currently within Australia.
Returns
Our 30-day money-back guarantee starts on delivery and includes opened or used masks. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return, including the mask and its supplied components. Customer-paid return postage applies to change-of-mind returns. Please arrange the return with us before posting it.
Consumer guarantees
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply separately from our money-back guarantee and any manufacturer warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights. Faulty-product claims are handled separately, including reasonable return costs where applicable.
Full-size skincare launch gifts
SOFT includes one full-size Medik8 moisturiser. NOIR and DUO include the moisturiser plus a full-size Hydr8 B5 Intense serum. 50 moisturisers and 25 serums allocated to this launch. One gift set per qualifying paid order, including multi-mask orders. Available while the allocation lasts; your gifts are confirmed at checkout. Adding items to a bag does not reserve a gift. The gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
